This reservation can be cancelled without costs until until 5 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 5% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 5% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.

Late departure can be arranged in advanced with your reservation agent at Villa Rentals. Fees may apply.

Camp cots and linen available for rental for children under 2 years old.

Please note that Villa Rentals guests will no longer be charged for vehicle entries to San Lameer Estate . You will need to present a valid driver's license and car license .
