The main purpose of this position is to ensure the accurate and timeous recording of all villa inventories, conduct guest arrival ad departure checks, and identify, report and assist in resolving issues relating to quality, standards, cleanliness, breakages and maintenance.

Minimum Requirements:

• Senior Certificate and at least 5 years related work experience

• Valid driver’s licence

• Computer literacy: Excel, Word, and Reservation system

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Good interpersonal skills, team player, able to use initiative, professional attitude

• Physically capable of handling heavy objects, climbing multiple flights of stairs and working outdoors

• Will be required to work some weekends and or public holidays

• Own transport essential

Key Performance Areas:

Under the control of the Villa Rentals Manager, responsible for, but not limited to:

• Creating and Maintaining inventories in villas

• Verifies physical inventory counts, reports, and investigates discrepancies

• Reports broken or damaged inventory items and ensures relevant corrective measures are taken

• Checks villas prior to guests’ arrival to ensure that the cleaning and villa is up to standard and that everything is in working order

• Stock management and balancing to breakages reported

• Performs basic technical DSTV problem resolution

• Audits and provides feedback regarding Villas that may be below company standards
